Andrew Brown
CEO
Andrew graduated from UCE Birmingham, UK with a B.A. (Hons) in Accounting in 1994 and went on to gain an MBA in Finance & Accounting from NYU Stern and a MS in Real Estate Development at NYU. He has worked in a wide variety of financial roles, including M&A at Activision Inc., corporate finance at HSBC Investment Bank and equity research at Morgan Stanley. Latterly, he worked in private equity at MMC Capital, and went on to launch his own real estate development company based in New York.
At WP Diamonds, Andrew is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, pricing and all financial matters.
Keiko Casel
Director, WP Diamonds Japan
Graduated from Tottori University Faculty of Medicine, Tottori, Japan with a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology.
Keiko has more than 20 years diamond and jewelry experience, including a combined 10 years at IGI and GIA and 8 years at Harry Winston, where she was Lead Gemologist. Most recently, she was the Laboratory Supervisor and Senior Gemologist at DeBeers IIDV unit in New York.
Keiko joined WP Diamonds in 2019 in order to launch and grow WP Diamonds Japan, where she is responsible for buying and day to day management.
Thomas Pozsgay
Head of Fine Watch Division
Thomas Pozsgay has worked in the luxury watch business for over 35 years. For the past 27 years his area of expertise has been the pre-owned luxury watch market. He began his career as a sales associate at one of the largest watch retailers in the country. His main experience came with Tourneau a leading authorized watch retailer for top brands. After valuing 1000s of watches he is considered by many to be a leading watch expert in the USA. Constantly analyzing the ever changing pre-owned watch market he is able to offer competitive prices to the company’s clientele.
Matthew Jacobson
Head of Finance
Matthew graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Marketing and went on to obtain an MS in Accounting from the American University. He is both a licensed CPA and a CFA charterholder. He began his career in public accounting at CBIZ, providing audit, tax and advisory services to corporate, federal government and nonprofit clients.
Having joined WP Diamonds in 2012, Matthew oversees the finance and accounting function and is responsible for day to day financial activity, internal and external reporting, FP&A, audits and regulatory filings.
Ella Morgan
Head of Marketing
Ella graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in Modern Languages in 2012 and joined the WP Diamonds team in 2014. Starting her career in digital marketing in London, she focused on high growth startups before moving to New York in 2013.
Ella is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including SEO, PR, website development, PPC campaigns, affiliate programs, social media, email campaigns and the marketing strategy for our e-commerce channel, Gemma by WP Diamonds.
